Walnut Creek, CA (January 28, 2022) — PTLA Real Estate Group started the year by adding three new student housing properties to their Eugene, OR portfolio. Steelhead Townhouses, Indigo Place, and Kokanee Place, an 80-bed portfolio, were purchased by a PTLA-managed fund early this January. The properties are each less than half a mile from the University of Oregon campus.
“We have a very strong team locally managing these properties, and we have been really pleased with our overall portfolio’s performance in this market so far. We’re excited about how much we’ve grown here in Eugene and hope to keep growing,” said Peter Wilson, President of PTLA.
The company now owns 18 properties in Eugene and plans to pursue more acquisitions in the market throughout this year, with several already in the pipeline.
