Walnut Creek, CA (May 4, 2022) — Last week, PTLA Real Estate Group closed on two student housing properties in Eugene, OR that border the University of Oregon campus. The properties, known as Duck Flats & Lofts, will be managed by the company’s Eugene property management office. Combined with the additional 88-beds from this acquisition, their Eugene office now oversees 21 properties with nearly 1,000 beds in and around Eugene.

The company has already acquired five student housing properties so far in 2022 and has a goal to acquire at least two more by end-of-year.
