Walnut Creek, CA (April 1, 2019) – PTLA Real Estate Group welcomes another member to their team this month, with the hiring of David W. Mortensen as Managing Director of CWP Property Management. PTLA acquired CWP Property Management and its management portfolio of over 1,300 multi-family and commercial units in September 2018.
Mortensen brings 17 years of multifamily and student housing investment sales experience, as well as apartment value analysis and marketing expertise. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Puget Sound Properties representing buyers and sellers in market-rate apartments, student housing, and multifamily land. Mortensen has a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University, Idaho.
As Managing Director of CWP Property Management, Mortensen will oversee operations, promote business development, and foster team growth.
PTLA as a company continues to rapidly grow, expanding its management business into 14 new cities in the last 12 months. They hope for continued success with the addition of David W. Mortensen.
