Chief Executive Officer
Peter is co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. As CEO, Peter oversees the executive team, client relationships, and transactions.
After joining PTLA in 2011 as an analyst, Peter quickly moved into leadership, directing transactions, operations, and portfolio strategy as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and then President before becoming CEO of the company in 2024. He has helped double annual transaction volume and led the acquisition of two property management companies, which more than tripled the number of units under PTLA management.
