Chief Investment Officer
David is Chief Investment Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. In his role, David oversees transaction underwriting and execution as well as the asset management division, responsible for driving portfolio value and investor returns.
David joined PTLA as an intern in 2014, and in the years following has held roles from Real Estate Analyst to Director of Investments. He has played a critical role in growing the company’s transaction volume and improving portfolio performance. He holds a business degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a CFA® charterholder.
