Walnut Creek, CA (March 3, 2021) – PTLA Real Estate Group announced this week that CWP Property Management, acquired in 2018, and Apex Property Management, acquired in 2020, would both begin operating as PTLA Property Management.
The name change unifies the team’s culture, streamlines communication internally and externally, and aligns strategies, but the company still acknowledges the value of both former brands. “These two companies successfully operated in their markets for decades, and our goal in acquiring them has been to build upon the great foundation they already laid, combining it with the expertise and resources of our existing team,” said Peter Wilson, President of PTLA.
Both locations will serve as regional offices for the company. CWP Property Management’s San Leandro office will now serve as the San Leandro Regional Office of PTLA Property Management, overseeing PTLA’s San Francisco East Bay Portfolio of roughly 1,500 units. Apex Property Management’s Bellingham office will now serve as the Bellingham Regional office of PTLA Property Management, overseeing the Bellingham Portfolio of roughly 1,500 units.
