PTLA Closes Out 2021 With Student Housing Acquisition

Walnut Creek, CA (January 6, 2022) — PTLA Real Estate Group finished 2021 on a high note, closing their fifteenth and final acquisition of the year on December 23rd.

The Andy, a 114-bed student housing property built in 2014 and walking distance from the University of Oregon, is PTLA’s 14th property in Eugene since 2020. Their rapid expansion in Eugene is part of what made 2021 a record-breaking year for the almost 50-year-old company. Closing the property just before the year-end has the team excited for the year to come.

“In 2021 we targeted student housing for acquisitions, which has led to a lot of success for our clients and our company so far, and we have no plans to slow down. The new properties will be managed by PTLA’s property management division from their newly established Eugene regional office, which opened in 2021 to oversee the company’s roughly 900-bed portfolio in Western Oregon.
