Page is co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. As COO, Page oversees project management, property management, and our management team of over 80 employees.
Under Page’s leadership, PTLA brought its property management in-house and began offering third-party management services, which now manages over 4,500 units along the West Coast from the company’s five regional offices. He oversaw integration of the portfolios and teams of two management companies acquired by PTLA and directed the growth of PTLA’s third-party management division.
